I’m Ashley. This is a place where you are supposed to read something epic about me and what I bring to the table.
Let me first tell you this.
I’m a builder, strategist, and executor.
One of my God-given abilities is to build unprecedented programs, projects, and initiatives from scratch.
Before we get into how this all works, let’s take a step back as I tell you more about me.
So, how did we get here?
I knew at a very early age that I couldn’t thrive without organizing myself. There had to be order. Without order, there was a chaos. I took that to heart. From organizing birthday parties to coordinating my college application process, I needed a system. And that’s what project management is….a system.
You can say that my formal journey with program and project management began in 2010 when I quickly learned the importance of a tightly-run ship working for the US Senate. My ability to create time-saving solutions, ability to adapt quickly, and execute with efficiency has led me to contribute to various mission-driven organizations such as Federal Government agencies, Nonprofits, and the Digital Marketing space. working with policy at the highest level contributes to the level of detail observed at Shuler Strategies.
Shuler Strategies was created to help top-performing agencies and small businesses identify and implement the best project management strategy to scale impact through delivering high-quality projects and programs. Additionally, we help leaders and teams improve their productivity, understand the fundamentals of project management, and how to use technology to streamline processes.
